Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S.A. orders – no minimum purchase required.
2. When will my order be shipped?
We will process and ship your order within 24 hours on working days,Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
3. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer financing options or installment payments?
Sorry, we do not currently offer installment payment options.

Order Returns
1. How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply contact us within14 daysof receiving your order. We’ll provide you with aprepaid return shipping labeland instructions.
2. What are the return conditions?
Items must beunused,unopened, and in theiroriginal packagingto qualify for a free return. Proof of purchase is required.
3. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed with in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Can I get a refund if my order hasn't been shipped yet?
If you contact us before 3:00 PM on the same day your order is placed, and your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund and cancel the shipment immediately.
❗️Order Issues – Missing or Short Items
1. I received fewer items than I ordered. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In rare cases,products may lose volume over time due to extended storage or minor valve leakage. If you believe your item is underfilled, please contact us at 📧support@refrigerantlab.com or 📞(213) 803-7503 with in 3 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo of the product—we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed.
2. Why was my refrigerant product underfilled?
There are two common reasons:
1. The refrigerant may have been in , causing minor natural evaporation.
2. There may have been a slow leak at the valve during shipping or handling.
We do our best to inspect all items before shipping, but if this happens, rest assured we will make it right promptly.
